Tommi Vincent is a chef, host of Stay A While Podcast and Stay A While Cooking Show, motivational speaker, and writer best known as the matriarch of VINCENT COUNTRY, and the wife of Troy Vincent, Executive Vice President of NFL Football Operations and former All-Pro NFL cornerback. Tommi has built an exemplary family and diverse career around faith-filled leadership and community development.

 

With a growing passion for helping others early on, Tommi attended Temple University where she studied social work. A highlight of her academic achievement culminated when she received her degree in Culinary Arts from Stratford University under the guidance of Master Chef Edwin Scholly.

 

Beginning in her Nana Edie’s kitchen, as a little girl, Tommi learned legacy-inspired cooking and heartfelt conversation was a way to give life to others. By creating thoughtful, soul-stirring recipes with love and intention she can manifest an environment that nourishes, heals, and empowers everyone who has an opportunity to sit at her table. Her coveted VINCENT COUNTRY Retreats is a prime example.

 

Tommi is an in-demand chef and speaker for local and national appearances including Essence Festival, Hallmark Home & Family, Heart & Soul Magazine, The Undefeated, Savoy Magazine, Money-Making Conversations, FOX, NBC, and WGN.

 

As a teenager, Tommi was a victim of domestic violence. Committed to eradicating domestic violence through awareness, prevention, and education, Tommi sits on the Board of the National Domestic Violence Hotline. In addition, she hosts Brunch and A Life Saving Conversation, a quarterly brunch series fundraiser to benefit the National Domestic Violence Hotline that takes her around the United States.
